Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Space Reservation

   • By registering, your school acknowledges that you are reserving one of the limited exhibitor positions in the Beyond the Pitch Zone during the Winter Combine Series testing day(s).

   • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2. Introductory Fee

   • The current fee of $100 per Testing Day reflects an introductory education rate.

   • Future pricing may be subject to adjustment for subsequent events.

3. Exhibitor Responsibilities

   • All participating schools are responsible for providing and bringing their own setup materials, including but not limited to tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional items.

   • Event organizers will not supply these materials.

4. Event Changes

   • Organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to event schedules, locations within the venue, or logistics as necessary.

   • Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Fees are non-refundable.

   • If your school is unable to attend after registering, notice must be given as early as possible. 

   • Refunds are granted at the discretion of the Event holder.

6. Conduct & Representation

   • Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with the purpose of the event.

   • Marketing, signage, and engagement should reflect positively on your institution and respect all participants.

7. Liability

   • Event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.

   • Participation is at the exhibitor’s own risk.
