FTF Canada continues to provide direct pathways to the next level, as Combine alumni Thomas Murzaku has officially committed to the University of Toronto and the U of T Varsity Blues men’s soccer program.
A product of NT Soccer Club, Murzaku earned his opportunity through a standout performance at the Toronto Winter Combine 2025, where University of Toronto men’s soccer staff were in attendance actively identifying talent.
Competing in a high-performance environment, Murzaku demonstrated the quality and consistency required at the U SPORTS level. His performance at the event translated directly into recruitment interest, ultimately leading to his commitment. He was also recognized nationally with a #46 ranking in the 2025 Grad Class, further highlighting his impact within his cohort.
His commitment to the University of Toronto marks the next step in both his academic and athletic career, where he will compete in U SPORTS within the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference, one of the most competitive leagues in Canadian university soccer.
Murzaku’s pathway reflects the core mission of FTF Canada: creating exposure-driven environments where players can perform in front of attending university programs and turn those opportunities into tangible outcomes.
