FTF Canada continues to create pathways into NCAA competition, as Combine alumni Cohen Campbell has officially committed to Simon Fraser University and the SFU Red Leafs men’s soccer program.
A product of Coastal Football Club, Campbell earned his opportunity through standout performances at the Top 60 2024 and Vancouver Summer Combine 2024, where Simon Fraser University staff were in attendance identifying top Canadian talent.
Competing in high-performance environments, Campbell demonstrated his ability to perform against elite competition. His consistency, technical quality, and impact in match play led to direct recruitment interest from SFU. He was also recognized nationally with a #31 ranking in the 2025 Grad Class, highlighting his status as one of the top prospects in Canada.
His commitment to Simon Fraser University marks the next step in both his academic and athletic career, where he will compete in NCAA Division II within the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC), a highly competitive environment for player development.
Campbell’s pathway highlights the strength of the FTF Canada platform. Through premier events such as the Top 60 Showcase and Vancouver Summer Combine, players are provided with direct exposure to NCAA programs and the opportunity to convert standout performances into next-level opportunities.
