The 2010 boys division has several strong challenges to the existing order. North Mississauga’s unbeaten OPDL phase and Calgary Foothills’ perfect APDL fall start stand out, while BC’s latest standings bring North Vancouver into the top 10.
This month’s order balances league results, national tournament performances and the strength of opposition. OPDL, APDL, BCSPL and PLSJQ carry substantial weight, with standout regional teams also considered. Fall tables are assessed by birth year; short new-season samples are kept separate from full-season and tournament results.

1. AS Laval (PLSJQ)
AS Laval remains the leading 2010 boys team in this edition. Fifteen wins, one draw and four losses across 20 Quebec matches provide a substantial body of results. That full-season evidence supports keeping Laval ahead of challengers whose latest tables cover only a handful of fall games.
2. Edmonton BTB (APDL)
Edmonton BTB retains second place and leads the Alberta selections. Two wins from two matches in the supplied APDL fall table offer a positive new-season indicator. October’s position also carries forward its place in the broader assessment rather than treating two matches as a complete national comparison.
3. North Mississauga (OPDL)
North Mississauga’s OPDL Premier-phase performance is one of the clearest cases in this division: seven wins, one draw and no losses. Fourteen goals scored and only two conceded strengthen its third-place ranking. The unbeaten eight-game sample keeps it at the front of Ontario’s challenge.
4. Coastal FC (BCSPL)
Coastal FC holds fourth after winning all three matches in the supplied BCSPL fall standings. Its six goals scored and one conceded point to an effective start. The 2010 group is assessed using BC’s newly labelled U17 table, keeping the national comparison aligned by birth year.
5. Coquitlam Metro-Ford (BCSPL)
Coquitlam Metro-Ford stays fifth with two wins and one loss in the fall table. Seven goals scored and four conceded keep it in the BC conversation alongside Coastal and North Vancouver. Its position balances that early-season sample with its standing in the existing national assessment.
6. Burlington SC (OPDL)
Burlington stays in the top six after posting four wins, three draws and one loss in the OPDL Premier phase. That 15-point return is level with Ottawa South United. Its OPDL Cup achievement also contributes to the wider assessment, keeping tournament results in the picture alongside league position.
7. Calgary Foothills (APDL)
Calgary Foothills makes a compelling move into the top 10. Four wins from four APDL fall games, 14 goals scored and none conceded give it the strongest supplied fall start among the Alberta candidates. Those results justify a place ahead of teams with less convincing recent league form.
8. AS Blainville (PLSJQ)
AS Blainville remains Quebec’s second representative. Eleven wins, six draws and four losses across 21 league games provide a much longer sample than most new-season fall tables. That consistency supports its eighth-place position and keeps two PLSJQ clubs in the national top 10.
9. Ottawa South United (OPDL)
Ottawa South United enters on the strength of an unbeaten seven-match stretch within its eight-game OPDL Premier-phase record: four wins, three draws and one loss overall. Its 15 points and plus-seven goal difference place it second in the supplied table and warrant national recognition.
10. North Vancouver FC (BCSPL)
North Vancouver earns the final place after two wins and a draw from three BC fall matches. Its unbeaten start distinguishes it from several other BC contenders in the supplied table. Seven goals scored and five conceded leave room for improvement, but the results support its inclusion.
