FTF Canada Top U16 (2010) Girls Teams in Canada – October 2026

The 2010 girls rankings combine strong full-season Quebec and Manitoba records with the latest OPDL, APDL and BCSPL standings. Edmonton BTB, Langley United and Oakville earn places in the October top 10, joining a leading group headed by Woodbridge and AS Brossard.

This month’s order balances league results, national tournament performances and the strength of opposition. OPDL, APDL, BCSPL and PLSJQ carry substantial weight, with standout regional teams also considered. Fall tables are assessed by birth year; short new-season samples are kept separate from full-season and tournament results.

FTF Canada Top 10 — 2010 Girls (U16), October 2026

1. Woodbridge SC (OPDL)

Woodbridge keeps first place with five wins and two draws from seven OPDL Premier-phase games. Nine goals scored and only one conceded demonstrate how consistently it has protected results. An unbeaten phase and a game fewer than Hamilton support its position at the head of the 2010 girls list.

2. AS Brossard (PLSJQ)

AS Brossard remains the leading Quebec side in this edition. Sixteen wins, one draw and one loss from 18 league matches provide an exceptional full-season record. That longer sample supports its second-place ranking and keeps it close to Woodbridge in the national assessment.

3. Hamilton United (OPDL)

Hamilton United holds third after five wins, two draws and one loss in the OPDL Premier phase. Its 24 goals scored and nine conceded produce a strong plus-15 goal difference. Seventeen points keep it level with Woodbridge in the supplied table, although Woodbridge has played one fewer game.

4. Calgary Blizzard (APDL)

Calgary Blizzard stays fourth with two wins and a draw from three APDL fall games. Ten goals scored and a plus-eight goal difference strengthen its Alberta case. The short fall phase is an encouraging addition to the broader assessment, with further results needed to separate the province’s leading candidates.

5. Edmonton BTB (APDL)

Edmonton BTB moves into the top 10 after an unbeaten three-game APDL fall start. Twenty goals scored and none conceded make its two wins and one draw especially convincing. Those results provide a clear reason to add BTB alongside Calgary Blizzard as Alberta’s two representatives.

6. Lakeshore (PLSJQ)

Lakeshore holds sixth with ten wins, four draws and four losses across 18 Quebec league games. Its full-season sample remains a useful benchmark against teams whose latest evidence covers only early fall fixtures. That consistency keeps it as the second PLSJQ selection in the top 10.

7. Surrey United (BCSPL)

Surrey United remains among the leading BC teams with two wins and one loss in the supplied fall table. Ten goals scored and four conceded support its seventh-place position. The 2010 birth-year group is matched to BC’s new U17 category for this October assessment.

8. Langley United (BCSPL)

Langley enters eighth after winning all three fall matches in the supplied BC standings. Eleven goals scored and two conceded make a strong case for inclusion. That perfect start earns it the second BC place while Coquitlam Metro-Ford remains in the honourable mentions.

9. Oakville SC (OPDL)

Oakville earns ninth after recording five wins, one draw and one loss in seven OPDL Premier-phase matches. Its 16 points leave it one behind the leaders with a game in hand on Hamilton. That league position provides a clear basis for its move into the national top 10.

10. AK Soccer Academy (Manitoba PR1)

AK Soccer Academy retains the final place after an outstanding Manitoba PR1 campaign. The supplied table shows 17 wins, one draw and one loss, with 76 goals scored and 11 conceded. Its regional record warrants national recognition and keeps Manitoba represented among the major provincial league selections.
