Karpenko started all 17 of her appearances for the Crimson while keeping 7 clean sheets during those games. She also boasted a 0.95 goals against average and a 0.6 save percentage during the season. Karpenko was named to the All-Ivy League Second Team, as well as the All-Ivy League Tournament Team.
Defender | Zoe Burns | University of Southern California
Burns capped off her stellar collegiate career with a host of individual honours. After scoring a goal and supplying 6 assists, she was named to the All-PAC 12 Conference First Team, the All-Pacific Region First Team, and was selected by the Utah Royals with the 29th Overall Pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
Defender | Jade Rose | Harvard University
Rose had yet another stellar NCAA season during her Junior year. Her dominance in the Ivy League has been obvious since her Freshman season, as she was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year and to the All-Ivy League First Team. Additionally, Rose was voted into the All-East Region Second Team and All-America Third Team.
Defender | Vivianne Bessette | University of South Florida
Bessette picked up right where she left off during her Junior NCAA season. Playing over 1,500 minutes, she helped USF to a 10-6-2 record while kicking in offensively with 2 goals and 4 assists. Bessette was named in the All-AAC Second Team, as well as the All-South Region Third Team for her efforts.
Defender | Grace Stordy | University of Memphis
Stordy was a mainstay in the backline for Memphis during her Senior season. Starting all 22 games, playing over 1,900 minutes, she helped the Tigers to a 20-2-0 record. While she also chipped in with 3 assists, she was also a huge reason why they kept 13 clean sheets. Stordy was named to the All-AAC First Team.
Midfielder | Florence Belzile | University of Nebraska–Lincoln
Belzile’s Junior season was one for the history books, as she scored 3 goals while supplying a staggering 17 assists. She ranked 2nd in the NCAA for assists this past season which was also good enough to tie for second most assists in the Big 10. Belzile is also second all-time in Nebraska’s assists record, four back of Canadian Britanny Timko.
Midfielder | Mya Jones | University of Memphis
Jones racked up a slew of individual awards for her stellar season in which she scored 11 goals and provided 10 assists. Unsurprisingly, she was named the AAC Offensive Player of the Year and the AAC Cahampionship’s Most Outstanding Offensive Player. The recognition didn’t stop there, as Jones was also named to the All-AAC First Team and All-South Region First Team. San Diego Wave selected Jones with the 42nd Overall Pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
Forward | Saorla Miller | Pittsburgh University
Miller led the Tigers in goals during the 2023 NCAA season with 12. She also chipped in with 3 assists to round out 27 points. Incredibly, half of her goals were game-winning goals, proving to be crucial for Memphis’ success. She was named to the All-AAC First Team, as well as the All-South Region Second Team.
Forward | Abby Kraemer | University of Maine
Kraemer started all 18 of her appearances during the Black Bear’s 2023 NCAA season. The Junior from Waterloo, Ontario scored a staggering 30 points, including 13 goals and 4 assists. Of her 13 goals, 6 of them proved to be decisive game-winners. She was named the America East Conference Striker of the Year, as well as to the All-America East First Team, All-Atlantic Region First Team, and All-America Second Team.
Forward | Courtney Chochol | Quinnipiac University
Chochol had a phenomenal Senior season for the Bobcats as she captured the Golden Boot award for the MAAC. She tallied 29 points, consisting of 10 goals and 9 assists, during her 19 appearances. Aptly, Chochol was named to the All-MAAC First Team, as well as the All-Atlantic Region Third Team.
Forward | Amanda West | Pittsburgh University
West concluded her stellar collegiate career at Pitt being selected by the Houston Dash in the 2024 NWSL Draft with the 36th Overall Pick. She scored 11 goals and provided 9 assists while being named to the All-Atlantic Region Second Team. West leaves Pitt as their all-time leader in points, with 85, and goals, with 33.
SECOND TEAM
Goalkeeper | Leanne Trudel | Western Carolina University
Trudel won the starting job for the Catamounts in her Sophomore season, and started all 21 of her appearances. She was named to the All-SOCON Conference Second Team after recording a 0.87 goals against average, a 0.79 save percentage, as well as a staggering 12 clean sheets. Trudel also scored a goal in their 4-0 win over VMI, as she converted a penalty shot.
Defender | Mira Pierre-Webster | Western Michigan University
Pierre-Webster started all 19 of her games for the Broncos during the 2023 NCAA season. After logging more than 1,700 minutes and supplying 2 assists, she was named to the All-MAC First Team, as well as the MAC Defensive Player of the Year.
Defender | Aleisha Ganief | Grand Canyon University
Ganief was a rock at the back for the Lopes during her Junior season. Starting 22 of her 23 games, she played over 1,800 minutes while scoring 4 goals. Ganief was named to the All-WAC First Team, as well as the All-Pacific Region Third Team.
Defender | Becca Campbell | Western Carolina University
Campbell was named to the All-SOCON First Team after her stellar Senior NCAA season. The Edmonton, Alberta native started all 21 games, logged over 1,800 minutes of action, and scored 3 goals. Campbell was even more influential in the Catamounts’ backline as she was a key contributor in their 12 clean sheets on the season.
Midfielder | Mia Pante | Texas A&M University
Pante, a native of Vancouver, BC, has continuously grown within Texas A&M’s side over her NCAA career. She took the next steps this past year starting in 21 of 22 of her appearances, totalling nearly 1,400 minutes, while chipping in offensively with 3 goals and 4 assists. Two of Pante’s goals were game winners and she was named to the All-SEC Second Team.
Midfielder | Markela Bejleri | Quinnipiac University
Bejleri concluded her collegiate career in fine style, as the Toronto, Ontario native was named to the All-MAAC First Team. The midfielder chipped in offensively with 3 goals and 2 assists, but shone defensively throughout the season, culminating with being named as one of the All-MAAC Defensive Players of the Year.
Midfielder | Naya Marcil | Western Carolina University
Marcil was a constant offensive threat from midfield for the Catamounts. A starter in all 21 season appearances, she scored 9 goals and provided 9 assists, totalling 27 points on the season. 3 of her goals were game-winners, and Marcil was named to the All-SOCON First Team and the All-Southeast Region Third Team.
Midfielder | Leah Pais | Florida State University
Pais ended her Senior NCAA season in the best possible fashion, a National Champion. She was a key contributor to the Seminoles success this past year, playing in 22 games. Pais recorded 12 points, including 2 assists and 8 assists, on her way to winning a National Championship this past December.
Forward | Simone Timm | Georgia Southern University
Timm was an electric forward in the Sun Belt Conference this past season. She was a constant threat for any opponent’s defense as she scored 8 goals, but also set up teammates for 5 assists, totalling 21 points. 4 of her goals were game winning tallies and she was named to the All-SBC First Team.
Forward | Jazmine Wilkinson | Texas A&M University
Wilkinson was one of the most prolific attackers in the NCAA this past season, as she made the most of her minutes and chances. The native of Nanaimo, BC started 10 of her 21 appearances, played just over 800 minutes, and hit the target 19 times. Wilkinson led Texas A&M in goals with 10 and points with 23, as she also supplied 3 assists on the season.
Forward | Arianna Zumpano | University of Buffalo
Zumpano was a big influence on the Bulls offensive output during the 2023 NCAA season. The Junior hails from Niagara Falls, and she scored 15 points on the season, including 6 goals and 3 assists. Zumpano ranked second on Buffalo’s points and goals lists, while she was named to the All-MAC Second Team and the All-Midwest Region Third Team.
THIRD TEAM
Goalkeeper | Laurence Gladu | University of Pennsylvania
Gladu had a phenomenal Senior season at Penn. The Longueuil, Quebec native started and played in 16 games, totalling over 1,400 minutes. She boasted a save percentage of 0.835 and an 0.81 goals against average in those 19 appearances. Furthermore, Gladu kept 5 clean sheets and made 66 saves.
Defender | Quintin Tostevin | Ohio University
Tostevin played and started in all 18 of the Bobcats games in the 2023 NCAA season, totalling nearly 1,900 minutes. She was a massive part of their defensive structure all year as they kept 7 clean sheets over the course of the season. Offensively, she kicked in with 2 assists on the year, and was named to the All-MAC Second Team.
Defender | Leah Bermudez | Gannon University
Bermudez finished off her collegiate career in style, as the Grad Student earned multiple individual awards. A mainstay at the back, her efforts helped Gannon to a 17-5-3 record, while she also contributed offensively with 4 goals and 3 assists. Bermudez was named to the All-PSAC West First Team and the All-Atlantic Region Second Team.
Defender | Olivia Scott | Quinnipiac University
Scott started in 17 of Quinnipiac’s games during her final NCAA season. She played over 1,400 minutes and was a mainstay in their backline that helped her team keep 8 clean sheets. Scott also chipped in offensively as she scored 2 goals, including a game winner against Canisuis. She was named to the All-MAAC First Team.
Defender | Myla Schneider | University of Maine
Schneider was a significant piece of Maine’s defensive structure during the 2023 NCAA season. She played and started in all 19 games, totalling over 1,600 minutes while winning the America East Conference Tournament. She was named to the All-AEC First Team and the All-Atlantic Region Second Team for her stellar season.
Midfielder | Emma Oliphant | Canisius University
Oliphant was a big part of Canisus’ success in 2023. The Junior midfielder hails from Burlington, Ontario and started all 18 of her appearances, totalling nearly 1,500 minutes. Oliphant also chipped in offensively as she scored 4 goals, including game winners against Saint Peter’s and Niagara, as well as supplying 4 assists. She was named to the All-MAAC First Team.
Midfielder | Isabella Muzzolini | Simon Fraser University
Muzzolini had an incredible Junior season in the midfield for SFU. Her influence during the season was instrumental as she scored 1 goal and provided 3 assists, while the team broke numerous records for their NCAA-era. Muzzolini was named to the All-GNAC First Team, as well as the All-West Region First Team at the end of the season.

Golden had a big-time Junior season as she started 17 games, while participating in 18 contests across the season. She was named to the All-NEC First Team after her offensive prowess for Merrimack, scoring 6 goals and supplying 2 assists. Golden scored 3 game winners and recorded a hat-trick this past season against Delaware State.
Forward | Amanda Cripps | Niagara University
Cripps played over 1,400 minutes in Naigara’s attack during her Senior NCAA season. The Bradford, Ontario native all around the goal of the opponents, never giving them a rest as she was a constant threat. Cripps scored 7 goals, including a game winner, and chipped in with 3 assists. He season culminated in being named to the All-MAAC Second Team
Forward | Kristina Syragakis | Francis Marion University
Syragakis tore up the NCAA D2 in her Sophomore season as the Vaudreuil-Dorion native scored at will. She racked up 35 points after scoring 14 goals, including 3 game winners and going 5/5 from the penalty spot, and supplying 7 assists. Syragakis was named to the All-CCA First Team and All-Southeast Region Second Team.
Forward | Noemi Paquin | Florida International University
Paquin was a key contributor for the Panthers’ front line this past season. She started all 16 of her appearances this past year, totalling over 1,200 minutes. The Montreal, Quebec native scored 5 goals, including 2 game winners, and provided 5 assists. Paquin’s 15 points saw her named to the All-Conference USA First Team.
FRESHMAN TEAM
Goalkeeper | Coralie Lallier | University of Alabama
Lallier won the starting job in her inaugural NCAA season at Alabama. She recorded 4 shutouts during the season while also finishing the year with a 1.06 goals against average and 0.750 save percentage. The native from St-Hubert helped her side to the National Tournament, losing to #13 ranked North Carolina in which Lallier made an incredible 8 saves during the 1-0 loss.
Defender | Maya Galko | University of Buffalo
Galko, a native of Ottawa, Ontario, solidified her spot in the Bulls’ backline as a Freshman. She started in 17 of their 18 games, totalling nearly 1,500 minutes in her first NCAA season. While she chipped in offensively, recording her first two NCAA assists during the season, she helped Buffalo to 8 clean sheets defensively. For her efforts, Galko was named to the All-MAC Freshman Team.
Defender | Chloé Joseph | Oklahoma State University
Joseph earned repeated minutes in her first NCAA season at Oklahoma State, as she started 15 of her 20 appearances. Playing over 1,200 minutes, she recorded her first NCAA points with an assist on a game winning goal against Little Rock. Helping her side to 9 clean sheets, Joseph was named to the All-Big 12 Freshman Team for her fantastic season.
Defender | Zoe Markesini | Princeton University
Markesini grew into her inaugural NCAA season, ending up starting 13 of her 18 appearances, logging over 1,400 minutes. Her impact was noticeable as the Tiger’s kept 6 clean sheets on the season, helping to earn a spot in the National Tournament. Markesini played every minute during the tournament, unfortunately ending in a penalty shootout to Texas Tech.
Defender | Ella Ottey | University of Wisconsin
Ottey jumped right into a starting job during her Freshman NCAA campaign. She played over 1,700 minutes in the backline of the Badgers starting all 22 of her appearances. Ottey helped her side defensively to 10 clean sheets in the Big 10, while she recorded her first NCAA points scoring the game winning goal against UIC in a 1-0 win.
Defender | Mya Archibald | University of Illinois
Archibald played a significant role for Illinois during her first NCAA season. Making 17 appearances, she started 16 contests which totalled nearly 1,500 minutes. Her offensive contributions also came at crucial times as she recorded her first NCAA goal scoring the game winner in her NCAA debut against Loyola Chicago. The Fall River, Nova Scotia native also recorded her first NCAA assist for her side’s winning goal against Purdue.
Midfielder | Alanna Raimondo | Kent State University
Raimondo hit the ground running during her inaugural NCAA campaign as she was a constant deep threat scoring goals from midfield. She started all 21 of her games this past season, totalling over 1,400 minutes. Raimondo scored 4 goals, second most on the team, and chipped in with an assist. She was named to the All-MAC Freshman Team.
Midfielder | Anna Hauer | University of Memphis
Hauer was an absolute beast in the midfield for the Tigers during her first NCAA season. The Calgary, Alberta native started 20 games, made 22 appearances, all the while scoring 8 goals and providing 3 assists. 4 of her goals were game winners and she was named to the All-AAC Rookie Team, All-AAC Second Team, as well as the AAC Co-Rookie of the Year.
Forward | Kayla Briggs | Providence College
Briggs stepped into her inaugural season in the BIG EAST with no fear. She made the most of her 14 appearances as her offensive contributions proved incredibly valuable. Both her goals were game winners against Brown and Marquette, while 3 of her 5 assists were game-winning goals, or a game-tying goal. After recording 9 points, she was named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team.
Forward | Aaliyah Faddoul | Georgia State University
Faddoul started her collegiate career off with a bang, bagging her first NCAA hat-trick, and provided an assist in just 27 minutes of game time. She would go on to make 18 appearances, starting 14 of them, while scoring a total of 7 goals and supplying 5 assists. Faddoul was named to the All-Sun Belt Conference First Team, as well as the Sun Belt Freshman of the Year.
Forward | Nyah Rose | Southern Methodist University
Rose led the line for SMU in her first NCAA season. Starting all 18 of her appearances for the Mustangs, she scored 11 goals, 3 of which were game winners, and chipped in with 2 assists. Rose led her team in goals, points, and game winning goals. After her stellar campaign, she was named to the AAC Co-Rookie of the Year, to the AAC All-Rookie Team, the All-AAC First Team, the AAC Championship All-Tournament Team, as well as the All-South Region First Team.
