Evan started attending FTF events a few years ago. At the very first showcase, I was fortunate to have a few minutes with one of the founders, who accurately described the challenge young players face when aging out of club soccer. He and the FTF team have put together a fantastic organization that not only provides players with multiple platforms to show their skills- they also provide players and parents a ton of useful information regarding the recruiting process. Between combines, team events, highlight videos and their player rankings- they were a massive help in getting our son recruited by multiple schools. Thank you FTF

Absolutely!  My older son did the Combine 2 years ago and he has other goals now but my younger one Jacob did last week’s Combine and both times I was very impressed with the organization leading up to the event as well as how efficiently the event was run.  I also appreciated all the add-ons such as the live YouTube feed and recording for the players, commentators, as well as the fitness testing (which I don’t believe was available 2 years ago).  The photographers were great as well, capturing some nice images of the athletes.  The social media is run very well too, which is appreciated especially because my team is active on social media and I was able to share on our account as well as on the Boys BC Summer Games team account from the most recent games a couple of years ago – it’s fun to follow along and share what those players are up to now.Your events definitely add value to any player especially for the team that I manage, we are a Division 1 team but I have stressed that while the BCSPL track is more direct to college/university/pro that you can still get there by actively

Firstly I wanted to just take a moment to thank you so very much for the past event. The All-Star showcase was an incredible experience and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was great to continue to build relationships with new players as well as bond with the players from Top-60. You have put together a very talented group and it has been so much fun to play with them!Additionally, it was a great experience to work with Coach Rocky and learn some tactical things from him throughout the showcase.

I want to give my utmost appreciation to FTF Canada for providing such a large and professional platform for myself and so many other soccer players to showcase our talents. Without FTF, many of these opportunities simply wouldn’t exist or be seen by the right people. FTF has been a huge pillar in my recruitment journey — 99% of the college coaches who contacted me had seen me through an FTF combine, showcase, or FTF game footage online. That exposure made a real difference and opened doors that may have otherwise stayed closed. Thank you for consistently creating high-level events, meaningful exposure, and for genuinely advocating for Canadian players. Keep doing what you’re doing — you’re changing the recruitment game and helping athletes reach the next level.

Good Morning FTF It’s Kenrick Sylvestre here. I hope that things are going well with you. I just wanted to thank you for giving my daughter Kyla Sylvestre a great experience at the FTF Winter Combine earlier this year. She really used the event to springboard her into a fantastic 2025. I think that part of the great challenge was that she was only one of a few 2010 players in a group that consisted mostly of 2009 and 2008 players. This past year she started her campaign by making the U15 Provincial Team, spent the rest of the season playing for both the 2009 and the 2010 North Toronto Nitros, trained regularly with the 2008 girls team, and finished it all off with a National Development Centre (NDC) invite. Unfortunately, she didn’t make NDC this year but she is hoping to be invited back for tryouts next year and her plan is to begin the process all over again starting with the 2026 FTF Winter Combine in January. After that, it’s off to Provincial Screening in March and hopefully another great year in 2026. Also, thanks again to your team for putting together a great highlight video for

First and foremost…Thank you so much for the opportunity for Jordie to participate in the NextGen camp over the Christmas break. He had an awesome experience, made new friends, and picked up a ton of new skills. Lola and I spent time working out of the facility during the camp, and it gave us a great window into how well your team operates. Huge credit to everyone for delivering such a high-quality experience. From the coaches providing strong, thoughtful training, to the social and photography team capturing great moments and content, everything was first class. Dear FTF crew, Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Top 60 event. What a fantastic tourney. From what started with Sofia entering the Toronto combine in January, winning MVP, to then All Stars, Vancouver and now Top 60, I can say that FTF has changed my daughter’s life. Having left the Western NY Flash family due to financial concerns at the end of March, Sofia was concerned that the college coaches would not find her in Canada. The opposite happened. More doors have opened, she has been SO inspired by the Canadian talent, I and I truly believe that FTF has put Canada soccer on a global stage. I don’t no where Sofia will land, but she is getting close and it was great for her to catch up with a few coaches here the last 2 days. From the professionalism of the recruitment teams videos, to well run combines, and all of the folks at FTF who make this so special. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hi FTF, I wanted to take the time to officially thank you for hosting great events that showcase Canadian talent. My son, Lawson Wilson, plays for OPDL Richmond Hill 08 U17 team. I’m the spring, he attended your spring showcase where Sam, from Select Generation invited him for tryouts in Spain. Lawson is currently working hard and is trying out right now in Salamanca, Spain. This past weekend, the team played their opening game and Lawson scored the first goal and had an assist. You can see his first goal in the link below. Final score was 6-0 for the U18 team. The trial went well and Julian is leaving tomorrow to Germany to begin his 10 month contract with the club. He will be returning end of June. I just wanted to send a thank you to everyone at the FTF Combine in Edmonton last week.  it was my first time attending a combine and it was a great experience.  I wanted to extend a thank you to our coaches for their patience and direction.  this was by far the best experience i’ve had and it upped my game so much!  I feel more confident in my game play and i am stepping on the pitch feeling calm and composed (direction from one of my coaches).  Competing against some of the best talent in Edmonton and me being able to keep up and equally play with them was great.Thank you again

Our son, Nathaniel Smith, just completed the Vancouver Combine event and we first want to say THANK YOU….this was his first event with FTF but he will definitely be doing more, he loved it! I just want to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful event that my daughter and I attended on Monday Tuesday Wednesday. She has done hockey combines before, but this was above and beyond and so well ran. She had a lot of interest from scouts as well, which was very encouraging.

Fitness testing was so great! Our soccer player is thrilled to have “benchmark numbers”. She was so inspired , she spent our 2 hour drive home last night brainstorming an updated training plan to implement after the Combine – with a new goal to beat those current #’s at your next event!

This is Nathan adkins, I attended this summers euro id clinic in Vancouver bc and wanted to reach out to say thank you for the amazing opportunity and the lessons I’ve learned. I just wanted to thank you for creating opportunities for players to showcase their skills at your combines. My daughter is a non-traditional size for a goalkeeper, but she has some qualities that help her shine on the field. She entered the March Break Combine, and from that, was asked to attend an invitational ID Camp by one of the coaches that she worked with, and subsequently was offered a roster spot and a scholarship, even though she is just starting grade 11. The coach that she worked with was amazing and encouraging, and made her want to be the best player she can be. Thank you, FTF, for helping my daughter!
