FTF Canada continues to create strong pathways into NCAA Division I, as alumni Adriano Iannello has officially committed to Marist University and the Marist Red Foxes men’s soccer program.
A product of Vaughan Soccer Club, Iannello earned his opportunity through consistent performances across multiple FTF Canada events, including the Top 60 2024, FTF x TFC All-Star 2024, and Toronto Winter Showcase 2023, where Marist University staff were in attendance identifying top Canadian talent.
Competing in high-performance environments, Iannello demonstrated his ability to perform against elite competition. His technical quality, consistency, and impact in match play led to direct recruitment interest from Marist, ultimately securing his commitment to the program.
His commitment to Marist University marks the next step in both his academic and athletic career, where he will compete in NCAA Division I within the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), a competitive environment for player development in the United States.
Iannello’s pathway highlights the strength of the FTF Canada platform. Through premier events such as the Top 60 Showcase, FTF x TFC All-Star Game, and Toronto Winter Showcase, players are provided with direct exposure to attending NCAA programs and the opportunity to convert standout performances into next-level opportunities.
