FTF Canada continues to create strong pathways into U SPORTS, as alumni Alex Bruni has officially committed to McMaster University and the McMaster Marauders men’s soccer program.
A product of Woodbridge SC, Bruni earned his opportunity through his performance at the FTF x TFC All Star Game 2026, where McMaster University men’s soccer staff were in attendance identifying top talent. Competing among some of the top players in his class, Bruni showcased his quality, consistency, and ability to impact the game at a high level.
His performance at the FTF x TFC All Star 2026 event led to direct recruitment interest from McMaster, ultimately securing his commitment to the program.
Bruni’s commitment to McMaster University marks the next step in both his academic and athletic career, where he will compete in U SPORTS within Ontario University Athletics (OUA), one of the top university soccer environments in Canada.
Bruni’s pathway highlights the strength of the FTF Canada platform, where events such as the FTF x TFC All Star Game provide players with direct exposure to attending university programs and the opportunity to convert standout performances into next-level opportunities.
FTF Canada looks forward to following Alex Bruni’s continued development and success at McMaster University.
