FTF Canada continues to create international pathways for Canadian players, as Euro ID trialists Rowan Zersch (2010) and Liam Sims (2009) have completed a training and trial stint with Croatian club HNK Gorica.
Both players were identified through their performances within the FTF Euro ID platform, where they showcased their abilities in front of international scouts and European clubs actively recruiting North American talent.
Their selection to train with HNK Gorica, a professional club competing in the Hrvatska Nogometna Liga, reflects their ability to perform in high-level environments and adapt to the demands of the European game. Throughout the experience, both Zersch and Sims were exposed to professional training standards and competitive environments that support long-term player development.
