FTF Canada continues to expand pathways into NCAA Division I, as Combine alumni Sara-Eve Gaucher has officially committed to the University of Northern Colorado and the Northern Colorado Bears women’s soccer program.
A product of CS Longueuil, Gaucher earned her opportunity through a standout performance at the Montreal Summer Combine 2024, where University of Northern Colorado staff were in attendance identifying top Canadian talent.
Competing in a high-performance environment, Gaucher demonstrated her ability to perform against strong competition, showcasing her technical ability, composure, and consistency. Her performance at the event translated directly into recruitment interest, ultimately leading to her commitment. She was also recognized nationally with a #89 ranking in the 2026 Grad Class, highlighting her status as a top prospect.
Her commitment to the University of Northern Colorado marks the next step in both her academic and athletic career, where she will compete in NCAA Division I within the Big Sky Conference, a competitive environment for player development in the United States.
