I have been a GK for the last 5 years and with ASTRA for the last 6 years. Before the pandemic, our U15boys travel team won the Golden Boy tournament in Winnipeg in February of 2020. At the end of February 2020, I participated in the U17 boys showcase in Vancouver as a U15 player. I was invited last summer to the U of S Huskies ID camp by head coach Bryce Chapman. This year our ASTRA U17 boys team recently won the SSA Provincial Soccer tournament in March of 2022 and that final game went to shoot outs! I recently tried out for the SSA CSG team to represent Saskatchewan. I made it to the third round but was ultimately not selected for the final roster. It was a great experience, playing alongside top players in the province. I enjoy playing in net, it’s a unique experience to view the play and direct the team. I’ve been training with a Goal Keeping coach, Jason Blakely (Asst. coach for U of S Huskies) for the last 4 years and prior to that I trained with Zlatan Dautbegovic. My goal is playing University Soccer in Canada and those with affiliations to CPL clubs would be a bonus!
