FTF Canada continues to create strong pathways within U SPORTS, as Combine alumni Hazim Kadib has officially committed to Toronto Metropolitan University and the TMU Bold men’s soccer program.
A product of Toronto FC Academy, Kadib earned his opportunity through standout performances at the Top 60 2023 and Toronto Winter Combine 2024, where Toronto Metropolitan University staff were in attendance identifying top talent.
Kadib’s ability to perform in high-level environments against elite competition played a key role in his recruitment. Across both events, he demonstrated strong technical ability, composure, and consistency, ultimately leading to direct interest from TMU. His performances were further recognized with a #10 national ranking in the 2025 Grad Class, solidifying his status as one of the top players in the country.
His commitment to Toronto Metropolitan University marks the next step in both his academic and athletic career, where he will compete in U SPORTS within the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference, one of the most competitive university soccer leagues in Canada.
Kadib’s pathway reflects the impact of the FTF Canada platform. Through events like the Top 60 Showcase and Toronto Winter Combine, players are provided with direct exposure to attending university programs and the opportunity to convert performances into next-level commitments.
FTF Canada looks forward to following Hazim Kadib’s continued development and success at Toronto Metropolitan University.
