FTF Canada is proud to highlight that FTF alumni Makis Maclean has earned a professional opportunity with Belgian Pro League side KVC Westerlo.
A product of Futuro Soccer, Maclean secured this opportunity through his participation in the Euro ID Ottawa 2024, where KVC Westerlo representatives were in attendance identifying talent. His performance at the event provided him with a platform to showcase his abilities directly in front of the Belgian club.
Following his standout display, Makis Maclean has also been recognized as one of the top emerging players in his class, currently ranked #34 in the 2027 Grad Class.
Makis Maclean’s progression highlights the direct impact of FTF Canada’s Euro ID events, which are designed to connect top Canadian prospects with professional clubs across Europe.
