September also featured the PDP Nationals in Montreal, bringing together many of Canada’s top development programs and providing another opportunity for the country’s strongest teams to compete against elite national opposition. These rankings recognize Canada’s top U17 girls teams based on their results, level of competition, tournament performances, and overall body of work during the 2026 season.
1. Woodbridge SC (OPDL)
Record: 3-1-0
Woodbridge SC continues to be one of Ontario’s top U17 programs and remains firmly among Canada’s elite. The team has demonstrated strong technical ability, organization, and competitiveness throughout the season. Their ability to consistently perform against high-level OPDL opposition keeps them near the top of the national rankings.
2. Surrey United (BCSPL)
Record: 13-6-4
Surrey United remains one of British Columbia’s elite clubs and continues to thrive in the highly competitive BCSPL. 3. Spatial CS St. Hubert (PLSJQ)

6. Vaughan Azzuri (OPDL)

7. Calgary Rangers (APDL)

Their continued success has earned them a place among Canada’s top 10.
10. Atletico Ottawa Juniors (OPDL)
Record: 5-0-0
Atletico Ottawa Juniors rounds out this month’s national rankings after an impressive undefeated start to the season. With five wins from five matches, the squad has demonstrated excellent consistency and a strong competitive mentality. Their perfect record highlights the quality within the program and makes them a team to watch as the season reaches its final stages.
