July has been a defining month for U15 girls soccer in Canada, with elite teams from coast to coast making their mark in league play, cup competitions, and high-profile summer tournaments. From statement wins in provincial championships to standout performances on the national scouting stage, the country’s top programs are showing why they belong among the best. FTF Canada is proud to spotlight the top U15 girls teams in the nation for July 2025 – teams that have combined consistency, talent, and big-game results to cement their place in Canada’s youth soccer elite.
🏔️ 1. Calgary Blizzard (Alberta) – Alberta Premier Development League (APDL)
Record: 17 Wins, 1 Loss, 1 Tie (+85 GD, only 14 Goals Conceded in League + Cup Play)
Key Wins: Defeated St. Albert Impact in League and Cup play clinching their spot in PDP U15 Cup.
Calgary Blizzard dominate our rankings as the top 2010 team in Canada, boasting a remarkable 17-1-1 record with a staggering +85 goal differential and just 14 goals conceded across league and cup play. Clinching their spot in the U15 PDP Cup with key wins over St. Albert Impact, this exceptionally balanced and prolific squad enters the national stage as our favourites to lift the trophy.
🇨🇦 2. Rush Academy (Ontario) – OPDL
Record: 9 Wins, 1 Tie, 1 Loss (5 Goals Against in Season)
Key Wins: Defeated Oakville 1-0 in League Play, Beat LFC Mississauga 4-2 in League Play. Lost to LFC Mississauga 1-2 in Provincial Cup. Only loss in league play came at last game of the season, losing to North Toronto 1-2.
Rush dropped to #2 spot after suffering two defeats, one against LFC Mississauga 1-2 in the League Cup and the other to North Toronto 1-2 in the last game before the OPDL break. We will unfortunately not see this team feature in the PDP Cup.

🌲 3. CMFSC (British Columbia) – BCSPL
Record: 10 Wins, 1 Draw, 0 Losses | +37 GD | 5 Goals Against
Achievements: Clinched PDP spot by winning BCSPL League. Starts up PDP on August 27th, 2025.
Key Results: Loss to NVFC in Provincial Cup in PKs.
CMFSC lost to NVFC in a thrilling penalty shootout in the Provincial Cup. This team doesn’t normally lose games, nor do they concede many goals, so it will be interesting to see how they fare against tougher competition at PDP Cup. We look forward to watching them in PDP Cup starting August 27th, 2025.

🟡 4. Oakville SC (Ontario) – OPDL
Record: 8 Wins, 2 Ties and 1 Loss in League Play
Key Results: Defeated LFC Mississauga 3-0 in league play, Beat Markham SC in Provincial Cup to advance to Cup Final on Saturday August 9th. Lost 1-0 to Rush in League Play (only loss of the season).
Oakville SC has been a model of consistency this season, posting an 8-2-1 league record with their lone defeat coming against #2-ranked Rush Academy Canada. With standout wins over LFC Mississauga (3-0) and Markham SC in the Provincial Cup, they now turn their focus to the OPDL Cup Final on August 9th, aiming to cap off an already impressive campaign with silverware.
⚜️5. Lakeshore (Quebec) – PLSJQ
Record: 9 Wins, 1 Loss, 2 Ties
Key Results: Defeated CS St-Laurent 2-1 in League Play (Other PDP Representatives from Quebec) and tied 1-1 against 2nd Place (24 Points) CS Trident in Pool B.
Lakeshore is dominating league play with an incredible record. Only losing 1 game all season (back in May) and going undefeated since our last Top 10 team update. They will compete in PDP U15 Cup in a couple of weeks.
🟣 6. St. Albert Impact (Alberta) – APDL
Record: 16 Wins, 2 Losses, 1 Tie | +51Goal Differential, 8 Goals Conceded in League and Cup Play
Another Alberta powerhouse, St. Albert Impact is having an exceptional outdoor season. While their only two losses come from #1 ranked side Calgary Blizzard keeps them slightly behind in the rankings, their results across the board show they are one of the strongest sides in Western Canada, we think they are a sleeper team at PDP Cup.
🔴 7. Ottawa TFC (Ontario) – OPDL
Record: 8 Wins, 1 Tie, 1 Loss in League Play.
Key Results: Lost to Markham SC twice, once in league play, once in Provincial Cup. Otherwise, nearly perfect record in the East.
Ottawa TFC has been a dominant force in the OPDL East, finishing with an 8-1-1 league record. Aside from two setbacks against Markham SC—one in league play and one in the Provincial Cup – they’ve been nearly flawless, showcasing consistency and quality against every other opponent.
🌊 8. UDFC (Nova Scotia) – NSSL
UDFC’s flawless campaign in the NSSL U15AAA saw them go undefeated, finishing with 14 wins and 2 draws in league play. Their consistency, resilience, and ability to avoid defeat against every opponent make them one of the most formidable sides in the country this season.
⚓ 9. CS Saint-Laurent (Quebec)
Record: 7 Wins, 2 Loss, 3 Ties
Key Results: Defeated CS Trident 2nd Place in Pool B (24 Points) 3-0 in League Play
CS St-Laurent only took 1 loss since May. They have been excellent and consistent throughout league play. They currently sit at top of the PLSJQ A Division and will compete in the PDP U15 Cup in a couple of weeks.
🍁 10. LFC Mississauga (Ontario) – OPDL
Record: 8 Wins, 3 Losses in League Play
Key Results: Defeated Rush in Provincial Cup; Lost against Woodbridge 1-2, Lost against Rush 2-4, Lost against Oakville 0-3.
LFC Mississauga put together an impressive 8-3 league record, combining consistency with big-game performances. Their standout moment came with a Provincial Cup victory over Rush, while narrow defeats to top sides like Woodbridge, Rush, and Oakville provided valuable tests against elite competition. They will play against Oakville SC in the OPDL Cup Final on August 9th.
Honourable Mentions (No particular order)
- Pickering FC (Ontario) – 7-2-1 in league play; only loss of the season came in a narrow 1-0 result against Ottawa TFC.
- Markham SC (Ontario) – 7-1-2 in league play; defeated Ottawa TFC twice this season. Fell to Oakville SC in the Provincial Cup Semi-Final after a 1-1 draw in regular time.
- Halifax County United (Nova Scotia) – 13-4-1 record across all competitions.
- Suburban FC (Nova Scotia) – 5-2-3 in league play; still in contention but looking for greater consistency.
- St. John’s SC (Newfoundland) – 9-1-4 record with a +24 goal differential.
- Saskatoon Alliance Blue (Saskatchewan) – Undefeated in league play at 10-0-2 with a +31 goal differential.
- FC Regina (Saskatchewan) – 8-2-2 record with a +27 goal differential.
- Winnipeg Phoenix FC (Manitoba) – 9-1-1 in league play with a +31 goal differential. 4 wins, 0 Losses in MSA Cup.
- AS Laval (Quebec) – 6-2-4 in league play.
- FC Laval (Quebec) – 6-1-5 in league play.
- Union Lanaudière Sud (Quebec) – 7-4-1 in league play.
- CS Trident (Quebec) – 7-2-3 in league play.
- Calgary Foothills (Alberta) – 11-7-0 in all competitions.
- BTB (Alberta) – 9-7-2 in all competitions.
- North Vancouver FC (British Columbia) – 5-2-4 in BCSPL; defeated Coquitlam Metro Ford and Vancouver United in the Provincial Cup to secure a spot in the PDP U15 Cup.
- Vancouver United FC (British Columbia) – 8-1-2 in BCSPL (25 points, 2nd place); finished runner-up in the Provincial Cup, narrowly missing out on Nationals. One of the province’s most balanced and dangerous sides.

Across the country, league leaders are flexing their dominance, cup contenders are rising to the moment, and new challengers are crashing the conversation. From the relentless pace of the APDL, to the high-stakes battles of the OPDL, to the fierce competition in the BCSPL, the standard has never been higher. Provincial championships, summer showcases, and national scouting events are all in play – and every match now feels like a statement. The summer stage is set, the spotlight is on, and Canada’s best are ready to prove why they belong among the nation’s elite.
