October delivered some of the most exciting U17 girls soccer action across the country, with the final action of the playoffs amongst Ontario and Quebec. Between league play, provincial championships, and showcase tournaments, the nation’s best continued to prove their pedigree.
FTF Canada is proud to spotlight the Top 10 U17 girls teams in Canada for October 2025, reflecting dominance in both local competition and national showcases.
🥇 1. Hamilton United Elite SC (OPDL – Ontario)
Record: PDP Cup Finalists | OPDL second place – 7 Wins – 1 Loss
Key Result: Narrow 1–0 loss to Pickering FC in the championship.
Outlook: Tight contest at the top. Smallest of margins, Hamilton defeated Pickering FC 1-0 in the Charity Shield Finals
2. Pickering FC (OPDL – Ontario)
Record: PDP Cup Champions | OPDL leaders – 9 Wins, 0 Losses
Key Result: Defeated Hamilton United 1–0 in PDP Cup Final. Lost against Hamilton United in the Charity Shield Finals.
Outlook: Tight contest at the top. Smallest of margins, Hamilton defeated Pickering FC 1-0 in the Charity Shield Finals

Key Result: Drew with Calgary Rangers and Fusion FC at PDP Cup.
